Employees Only As one of New York’s great cocktail bar institutions, Employees Only still makes some of the best classic cocktails in town. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, with dimly-lit interiors and intimate spaces to settle in for a few luscious cocktails. In a novel twist, interiors are modeled with a unique railroad car theme, with pressed-tin ceilings, overhead luggage racks, and white coat-wearing bartenders with handlebar mustaches which all adds to the ambience.

Please Don't Tell (PDT) Have you ever had to walk into a deep-fried hot dog shop, step into a wooden phone booth, pick up the phone and hope that someone inside picks up and has some spare space to seat you (difficult), and then hope and pray that the secret phone booth door will open to reveal a small intimate private cocktail bar that you can run inside before the door slides shut again?
