With a spectacular oceanfront position overlooking Bondi Beach, Icebergs Dining Room is a Sydney institution that simply dazzles with delicious modern Mediterranean gourmet cuisine and an exclusive, intimate ambiance where Sydney’s power-players lunch, and the glamourous A-list dine by moonlight. The menu features some superb dishes, such as the carpaccio of wild barramundi with pink peppercorns and finger limes; and the flavorsome wild hand-dived Hervey Bay scallops with a tomato, green chili and radish salad. The creamy vanilla panna cotta with a sumptuous milk chocolate sauce and chestnut honey left us simply speechless. While the food is very good, its really the stunning decor and the unbeatable ocean views which sees visitors and locals returning as often as possible.
