Provocateur, renegade and legendary restaurateur Michael Chow—Mr Chow to all gourmets and followers of upscale dining—has brought his art-ficionado ways to South Beach. The trendy Mr. Chow restaurant opened in August 2009 and has been the destination du jour of Miami’s fashionable locals ever since. The stunning interiors feature a dramatic 123-foot golden leaf and Swarovski crystal chandelier in the main dining room, and a beautiful outdoor terrace if you’re more in the mood for alfresco dining. Expect an upscale menu of modern Chinese flavours including Mr. Chow’s signature Peking duck, lobster two ways, scallion pancake and his world-famous hand-made noodle show.
