Located on the site of the historic Sovereign Hotel, the site has been entirely redesigned and expanded to include a 16-story oceanfront tower rich with retro-inspired living spaces. With 50 rooms and suites (many overlooking South Beach), you’ll find their quintessential mix of a luxury private screening room, 2 sprawling pools, a private beach club, as well as a decadent Cowshed spa for the ultimate pampering. The group have also exported London’s jet-set favourite, Cecconi’s Restaurant, to the hotel’s ground floor with excellent Venetian cuisine and a glamourous outdoor garden dining space (which is also open to non members). The nightlife offerings also include their fashionable poolside Tiki Bar, a low-key Drawing Room with well crafted cocktails, and a Club Room decorated in homage to 1940's Cuba.
