As one of the hottest new 2011 openings in London, Nopi is an exciting new gourmet dining space in Soho which offers a sumptuous all-day menu of internationally-inspired flavours. Having built a loyal following with his other London-based Ottolenghi delicatessens and cookbooks, the talented Israeli-born chef, Yotam Ottolenghi has taken his signature bold Middle Eastern flavours to a more sophisticated level with his latest venture. The sharing plate-style menu is organized into ‘Meat’, ‘Fish’, and ‘Veg’ sections to suit all palettes, with standout dishes including the salad of burrata with white peach and fennel seeds; softshell crab with forelle pear and peashoots; the twice-cooked baby chicken with lemon myrtle salt and chilli sauce; and the Moroccan-inspired rabbit meat pastilla. Nopi is also open for breakfast, serving everything from black rice with coconut and mango, to fruit and berry salad with Greek yogurt and granola. Nopi’s glamourous dining space is bright and contemporary, with stylish white ceramic tiles, sleek lighting and butchers-paper covered tables. This is one of London’s hottest new dining experiences not to be missed.
