Tucked away in a dark, alluring alley in a backstreet off Tottenham Court Road, Michelin-starred Hakkasan is a glamourous low-lit asian den of seduction and exclusivity. Famed designer Christian Liagre has created a futuristic French Quarter feel with dark wooden oriental divider screens, low-lit intimate private dining spaces, and electric blue neon providing a barely there glow throughout the restaurant. The Ling Ling cocktail bar offers asian-inspired cocktails such as the famed Plum Sour, and head chef Tong Chee Hwee’s exceptional modern Chinese cuisine continues to impress with signature dishes such as the the deeply-satisfying black miso cod, and the fiery sanpei chicken claypot with sweet basil, chilli and spring onion.
