As one of our favourite Spanish and Italian-inspired tapas bars in central London, Dehesa is a fantastic place to settle in for some premium quality cured meats, superb tasting plate-sized bites and an excellent selection of European wines. The intimate space is warm and cosy with long sharing tables and intimate leather banquette seats which overlook the passing Carnaby Street parade just outside. A relaxed, low-key place, Dehesa is named after the Spanish woods that are home to the black-footed Iberico pigs, a location considered the best in the world for ham cultivation. Don’t miss a taste of their rich slices of Jamon Iberico, manchego cheese with quince, along with other menu items such as honey-drizzled courgette flowers stuffed with goats’ cheese, chargrilled tiger prawns with smoked garlic butter and rosemary, and lamb chops with fresh peas, broad beans and mint. Dehesa also offers a wide selection of wines by the glass so that you can sample a wide range from their expertly curated wine list.
