If you’re looking for exquisitely crafted cocktails and a more private, sophisticated environment away from the often maddening drunken crowds of London, Milk and Honey is the perfect choice for an intimate evening with friends. One of the first members-only clubs to arrive in London, Milk & Honey was an instant success with its phenomenal cocktails, discreet jet black exterior, and its dark and sultry interiors where dark leather private booths are barely illuminated by flickering candlelight. The house rules are strictly enforced by the friendly, down-to-earth staff - “No name-dropping. No hooting, hollering, shouting or other loud behaviour.” The bar staff pride themselves on mixing the finest cocktails in London, where the Bison Sour with vodka, fresh lemon, egg white and cinnamon is a standout, along with their superb selection of wines and top-shelf spirits. The same team have also opened another bar, The East Room, in London’s Shoreditch area which is equally as good. If you’re not a member its best to book a table ahead of time, where you’ll be given the option to book a 2-hr slot before 11pm early in the week.
