Istanbul is a city that does restaurants-cum-nightspots with a great deal of success, and Otto is no exception. Having first opened its doors in 2005 in Tunel/ Beyoglu, Otto has quickly become the favourite local dining and nightlife spot for in-the-know Istanbul locals for all-day dining and late-night partying. With other branches in Izmir, Alacati and in Santral which are equally as good, each Otto branch offers its own unique post-industrial aesthetic. Our favourite is the new branch, Otto Sofyali, which is open all day from 11am until 2am, and is the perfect place to drop into for a casual lunch, a light snack during the day, a well-made pre-dinner cocktail or a fun place to party later on the evenings.
