Madame Sixty Ate restaurant is a trendy dining spot in Hong Kong’s central Wan Chai district, recently opened in Hong Kong by the Australian team behind the popular Three Clicks West restaurant in Sydney. With their Madam Sixty Ate restaurant venture, executive chef Chris Woodyard and head chef Andrew Braham have created an inventive menu inspired by French, Western and European flavours. Located on the 1st floor of the J. Senses Complex in Wan Chai, the restaurant’s stylish interiors feature eclectic furnishings such as white tiled walls and bird-patterned wallpaper, striking glass lamps suspended from the restaurant's ceiling, and even a pig dressed in wooly attire for good measure. Wooden tables, high windows and trendy artwork create a cosy and comfortable dining environment. Expect flavours such as marmitako fish stew platter with large chunks of seared bonito with chorizo sausages and mussels; or the slow-cooked Mangalitsa pork belly. Finish the evening with a well crafted cocktail at the stylish Madam Sixty Ate cocktail bar.
