Hidden in the Mina A'Salam Hotel within the sprawling Madinat Jumeirah Resort, the Bahri Bar is the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful scenes of the boats passing by in the nearby canals, the luxurious facade of the Burj Al Ara, and the vibrant bustle of the souks nearby. The Bahri Bar’s drinks are well crafted, where a kitschy selection such as the Beach Passion cocktail makes for a fun late afternoon aperitif. The local tapas-style snacks offer the perfect accompaniment to the drinks menu. Music wise, unobtrusive jazz plays throughout the day and live acts take the stage later in the evening, at which point the restaurant transforms into a happening dance floor. Weekends can be crowded with local expats; however, we prefer the laid-back indulgence of a peaceful cocktail while the sun goes down.
